Lemon Lane Farms Venue Rental

Service Description

We charge $100 an hour for event rentals. Choose your duration from 1 to 3 hours. The event barn is 24x24. The space comfortably holds 30-40 people. We can accommodate larger if the groups if you plan to be utilizing the space directly around the outside of the venue. Break down of the event is included in their event time. We will allow guests to come up to one hour PRIOR to event for “set up” free of charge. All events must be paid in full at booking. In your rental we include (2) 7ft wooden tables already in the event space. We also have (3) folding tables guests can use. We provide 30 folding chairs in the rental. During the course of each event, Lemon Lane Farms will handle all parking and escorting guests to the space. We want you to focus on enjoying your event as stress free as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Payment will be collected via the website for the specified time requested. Guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to the event without penalty otherwise will result in a one-hour minimum charge of $100. The rental period includes 60 minutes for setup PRIOR to event start. Teardown must be completed within the time frame of the booking. If setup and or tear down exceed the total rental hours plus the one hour prior to event start, an additional rate of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days after the event date. The event space is to be used only for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking. All guests and vendors must comply with the rules and regulations of Lemon Lane Farm LLC. Any modifications to the event setup must be pre-approved by Lemon Lane Farm LLC. Lemon Lane Farm LLC will not be responsible for coordinating with any outside vendors that have been agreed upon using and will not be held liable for any outside vendor issues that may arise. Lemon Lane Farm LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the laws of the state where Lemon Lane Farm LLC is located. By booking the event space, the renting party acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The renting party is responsible for any damages to the property or equipment during the rental period. Any damages will be billed to the renting party. Lemon Lane Farm LLC reserves the right to withhold any deposit and bill renting party to cover any costs associated with damages. The renting party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lemon Lane Farm LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the use of the event space, including but not limited to, any damages or injuries to persons or property occurring on the premises.
