We are OFFICIALLY sending out our first email to keep our subscribers up to date on all the “happenings” on our farm. Our goal is to send a monthly newsletter! Subscribe to the Lemon Leaf below!
As this is our initial post, I thought I would I would start by introducing myself, and our farm! My name is Rachel Pace. I own a small acreage “boutique” style farm in Raymore, MO. Boutique agriculture is a smaller-scale agricultural approach that prioritizes quality and sustainability over mass production. It involves a focus on high-value, specialized crops, often grown using sustainable and organic practices, and frequently sold directly to consumers or in niche markets.

Four years ago, we started out as a local farmers market vendor. While that first summer was amazing getting to know our local community, it wasn’t where I envisioned the dream long term. I wanted an all encompassing “experience” for guests. I wanted you to step on our farm and FEEL something. Beautiful specialty cut flowers, local produce, farm animals, koi ponds, free range chickens, an event space, and so much more!!
I joined the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers in the summer of 2021. From there I dove in to all things specialty flowers. They encompass a wide variety of flower species and are often grown locally or marketed locally due to their novelty, freshness, and ability to support the local economy. Essentially, they are flower varieties you can't find anywhere else. From there, we went on to Iowa to take their flower farming boot camp at the gorgeous PepperHarrow farm. Since then we've taken countless classes to bring you the best. I live and breathe flowers!
Fast forward to 2025, and our main focus this year. Our new u-pick flower gardens. In addition to our main gardens, we added (28) 50ft rows of u-pick. Dahlias, zinnias, celosia, gomphrena, amaranth, lavender, frosted explosion, strawflower, sunflower, and so many other varieties.

I wish I could say I had a certain set of "open" hours each week, but I'm a mom of 3, without employees. SO, follow our Facebook page. Every Sunday, I will post the "open" hours each week. They may differ. But without a doubt, we will be open 3-4 days a week for u-pick. On top of that we added a flower cart.
Regardless if we are open for visitors, our stand out front is always stocked with jam, produce, flowers, herbs, honey, and other goodies. Yes, we are beekeepers too! Local honey is the BEST!
Follow our bouncing ball, because I have so much I'm trying to share. We also do pre-orders. Any time you need a bouquet, message us. We do pre-orders for all occasions!
Lastly, we rent out our event space for all occasions. We’ve done baby showers, birthdays, wedding showers, girls night out, date nights, corporate events, and many others. So if it sounds like we do it all, we are certainly trying! We appreciate everyone’s support. Without you it wouldn’t be possible!!
